How do I secure my own website address?
We can look after Domain Name registration and advise you of the best name to suit your business and whether you should purchase multiple domains to secure your company brand. Check with us to see if your desired Domain Name is available. Domain Name registration starts from for 2 years.

If I ask for a quote, what happens next ?
We will first talk to you on the phone or discuss by email to find out your exact requirements. We can also meet with you if you prefer, but this is not essential. Once we know about your business and your exact requirements, we will give you a quote for designing your site.

What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept cheque and BACS (Bank Transfer) as methods of payment.
Please always read and follow the instructions on your invoice before writing out your cheque, as it will tell you who to make it out to.

How long do I have to pay my invoice ?
Our terms and conditions state we must receive payment within 30 business working days of you receiving your invoice. If you are unable to pay within this time, you must let us know as our systems will automatically suspend your services if we don't receive your payment.

Do I have to pay for changes on my website ?
Depending on your requirements, yes there could be a charge. Please Contact Us.

What do I need to supply to build a website ?
You will need to supply us with the text and pictures you want to appear on your site. The more complete this content is, the easier the process will be. You can supply your text and pictures (e.g. full sized jpegs from digital cameras) via email, cd or diskettes but we are also able to scan them for you. It is also helpful, if you have any particular ideas about colours schemes or styles that you want, to tell us as much as possible at the start.

Are you CRB checked ?
Yes. We are fully CRB checked as we work alongside Charity & Youth Organisations. You can ask to see the certificate. You will be told this at any point of a meeting between us and yourselves.
