Terms and Conditions

A signed acceptance of our terms and conditions must be received by us before work can commence on your assignment. We reserve the right to amend our original quotation at any time should additional work be requested by the client.

Payment for the Domain Name & Hosting account Registration; must be paid in advance to Aber Web Design™ in order for the Domain Name & Hosting account to be secured. Aber Web Design™ does not guarantee that the Domain Name will be available for you. Therefore, you should take no action in respect of your requested Domain Name until you receive confirmation from Aber Web Design™ that your Domain Name has been registered by us on your behalf.

Invoices are payable strictly within 30 days unless by prior arrangement. A complete copy of our terms and conditions are available upon request.

Points to note:
Final proofreading of all completed work is the responsibility of the client. Should errors be found in our work, they will be rectified free of charge providing we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt of the completed work.
